Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from APEX Merch. By placing an order, you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Products

We make every effort to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please check fitment and compatibility details before ordering accessories for your motorcycle.

Use of products

Accessories must be fitted and used in line with the instructions provided. Always check that any accessory is securely fitted before riding. Never use a phone or device while riding in a way that breaks the Highway Code.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
