Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your kit. This policy explains your rights when buying from APEX Merch and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Changed your mind? 14-day cancellation right

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at apexmerchldn@gmail.com with your order number to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• We will send you the correct returns address. Please do not return items without contacting us first, as products may ship from different warehouses.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• We will refund the item price plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of postage, whichever is first), using your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a full refund, including return postage, or a replacement. After 30 days, we will repair or replace faulty goods in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
